How to register
- Install NAPR from Google Play. Check that the developer shown is Noida Authority (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority) 1.
- Sign up and add your pet: name, breed, age and photos 16. When the app launched in 2021, the Authority asked for two photos of the pet and one selfie of you with it 6.
- Upload your pet's vaccination record, including the rabies vaccination 16.
- Pay the yearly fee of ₹500 in the app 23.
- Track the application in the app and download the digital registration certificate when it is issued 1.
